POUR decisions w/ Rip

There comes a time in every person’s life where a decision has to be made on a very important question. A decision that will affect the direction of one’s path and could possibly change the future of the said person or person’s making that very decision. A decision that’s so important that you have to make a Pro’s and Con’s list to help you decide. Well, we definitely didn’t want to go that crazy, so we just flipped a coin.

What’s the question you ask? The age-old question: Do I or Do I not start a blog…. Well, whoever says “Tails never Fails” is full of crap! Yup I lost the toss and now have to add more work to my plate and become a blogger. Soooo, let me welcome you to my blog appropriately named POUR decisions w/ Rip where we will discuss all topics ranging from experiences in the retail world of beer and wine, trends in the market, the history of our favorites styles of both beer and wine, bourbon (of course), to the relationship between food and alcohol and how both sides make each other better.

So, sit back, relax, crack open your favorite craft beer, wine, or bourbon and enjoy the quick read. Maybe you’ll learn something, maybe you won’t but it doesn’t matter.
