Ryan "Rip" Paris has over 15 years of experience beer and wine business and has worked diligently to produce one of the best drinking menus this area has to offer. This concept of offering both top level craft beer and wine as well as educational based service becomes unmatchable when you add the pairing abilities afforded to us from our neighbor and partner Firestone's Restaurant.
